Promotion conditions

Promotions may come with their own conditions, which will be shown at the time of the offer. These may include:

start and end dates;

limited stock;

selected products only;

selected delivery areas only;

a minimum order value;

a limit on how many times one customer can use the offer;

one-use-per-customer or one-use-per-code restrictions;

payment method restrictions;

delivery method restrictions; and

exclusion of sale or clearance items.

Please check the specific terms shown with each promotion, as these will always take precedence for that particular offer.

3. Using a coupon or promo code

To use a coupon, voucher, or promo code, simply enter it at checkout before completing your payment. Codes must be entered correctly and used within any stated validity period — we’re not able to apply a code retroactively to an order that’s already been placed.

Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, only one promo code may be used per order, and codes can’t be combined with other offers or discounts.

4. No cash value

Coupons, vouchers, and promo codes have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or redeemed for cash, unless we’ve expressly stated otherwise.

6.
